Shangluo College is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by the Shaanxi Provincial Government. Shaanxi Shangluo May 7th Normal College was founded in 1976, and 1979 was renamed as Shangluo Professional Course of Shaanxi Normal University, and 1984 was renamed as Shangluo Normal College.
