To change the name of a person aged 16:
1. I apply to the household registration authority for registration of change.
2. Write an application for renaming: First, submit an application for renaming (sufficient reasons and reliable evidence must be provided to convince the police station that it is necessary to rename).
3. Write a certificate of name change: the general village committee will issue a certificate. What certificates are issued according to the requirements of the household registration management department?
4. Fill in the form in the household registration department where your household registration is located, with the seal of the staff, the signature of the police and the signature of the director.
5. Go to the competent department at the next higher level of the household registration department where the household registration is located for approval.

Citizens applying for changing their names shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions:
