Party member cadres should consciously talk about politics, be aware of it, pay attention to what the CPC Central Committee cares about and emphasizes, deeply understand what is the most important interest of the party and the country, and what is the position that needs firm maintenance, and earnestly put the "four consciousnesses", "four self-confidences" and "two safeguards" into action.

2. Improve the knowledge structure.

With the rapid development of China's economy and society, social problems are characterized by professionalism and strong relevance, and the situation faced by social governance is more complicated and changeable. Only by strengthening study can we enhance the scientificity, foresight and initiative of all work.

3. Strengthen practical exercise.

Practice makes true knowledge, and practice makes talents. It is an effective way to improve the ruling ability to experience the storm, see the world and strengthen the bones and muscles in practice. Party member cadres should be brave enough to face up to the hot spots, pain points and difficult problems in social governance, go deep into the grass-roots units, stay on the front line, go to places with concentrated contradictions, heavy tasks and complicated situations to gnaw at hard bones and touch hot potato, constantly explore new features of social governance, sum up good experience, and improve their implementation ability and ability to cope with risks and challenges.

4. Strengthen the awareness of rules.

Rule consciousness is not only a kind of political consciousness, but also a kind of modern governance accomplishment. To promote the modernization of social governance, it is urgent for party member cadres to strengthen their awareness of rules and tighten the "clockwork" of institutional rules.

Politics is not too difficult, it depends on whether the critical moment is reliable.

In the great struggle with many new historical features, party member cadres should regard loyalty to the Party, sharing worries for the Party, doing their duty for the Party and benefiting the people as their fundamental political responsibilities, always maintain political determination, constantly enhance political acumen and political discernment, and be good at analyzing and solving problems politically.

In the face of right and wrong, we should be brave and good at speaking out and "showing our swords", and always maintain a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core in political stance, political direction, political principles and political road.
