What is the agreement? (Tripartite Agreement)

"Graduate Employment Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") in quadruplicate, uniformly issued by the Provincial Department of Education and distributed by the school to the college. Students receive it in the college, and graduates apply for the Registration Card with the Agreement. The new employment agreement is in quadruplicate, and the first one is submitted to the Employment Guidance Center of Nankai University; Second, submit it to the employer; The third joint is retained by the college. The fourth copy is kept by the students themselves.

Detailed description of tripartite agreement:

The tripartite agreement is simply an agreement signed by the school, the students themselves and the work unit on the employment of graduates after leaving school. Many people know that tripartite agreements used to be signed, but now they are not necessarily signed. The signing of the tripartite agreement is only a reference index for the school's statistical employment rate. All three parties are affiliated with dispatch cards, but I don't have an account in Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai. The company will solve your account by signing three parties, so now the company does not sign three parties, especially private enterprises. When it comes to tripartite agreements, it is necessary to mention the certificate of dispatch and the identity of cadres. The tripartite agreement is a basis for the national statistics of the employment rate of college students, and it is also a proof of the issuance of the national dispatch certificate. Only when you sign a tripartite agreement and get it back to the school will the school send you a dispatch card after graduation. You will report to the unit where you work with the dispatch card, and then you will start to calculate the length of service, and you will have the status of a cadre. Each person has one copy and only one copy of the tripartite agreement, and the students who break the contract will be dealt with according to the procedure. Detailed description of dispatch card (registration card):

The dispatch card is in duplicate, one is the dispatch card and the other is the registration card. The dispatch card will be put into your file after you graduate, and will be directly sent to your unit by the state (the file is a state secret and is not allowed to be held by individuals. If your employer is qualified to keep files, your files will be kept in the company. If not, the company will pay you to keep your file in the file preservation office of the talent market. If you still can't find a job after graduation, the file will be sent directly to your hometown. Graduate students' file accounts can be kept in Nankai University for half a year, that is, they graduated on July 20 10, and the file accounts can be kept until February 30, 20/kloc-0+65438. Undergraduate graduates can only move away as soon as they graduate. You have the registration card. It must be emphasized here that many people lost their registration cards not long after graduation, but when the unit asked you to show your registration cards several years later, many of them disappeared and had to run back to one place to reissue them. One person can only issue one registration card, and the registration cards printed or issued by other departments are invalid. Graduates should take good care of their registration cards, and any altered or torn registration cards will be invalid for whatever reason. If the registration card is lost, the graduates themselves should apply to the school employment office. After verification, the school will issue a certificate, and the graduates themselves will go to the employment guidance center of college graduates in the province to prove that the registration card is lost.

1. The registration card is the certificate officially sent by the education authorities to graduates;

4. The registration card is a voucher for any legal talent center and file management institution to receive graduates' files;

5. The registration card is an important certificate and basis for the employer to settle down and receive files for graduates;

6. The registration certificate proves that the certified graduates are students included in the national unified enrollment plan;

7. The registration card is the cadre identity certificate of graduates. If there is no registration card, graduates will lose their cadre status and become social workers (worker establishment); Moreover, the talent center cannot receive graduates' files. According to China's current personnel management regulations, the Personnel Bureau is in charge of cadres (files are generally placed in talent centers) and the Labor and Social Security Bureau is in charge of workers (files are generally placed in employment agencies).

The registration card system has been used for many years until today. At present, in the talent market, some individual enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises say that they don't need graduate registration cards, but employers responsible for students should attach great importance to registration cards; As a formal college graduate in China, under the existing system, the role of the registration card will definitely affect your life after graduation.

Second, on the issue of transfer.

(1) What is redistribution?

Reassignment means that graduates change their employment units within three months after signing a contract with the employer.

(2) How to handle reassignment?

If it is redistributed in provinces and cities, it is necessary for the original contracting unit to agree to re-select a job, the Municipal Personnel Bureau to agree, the new unit to agree, and the Municipal Personnel Bureau to agree, and then go to the employment center of our school to re-apply for dispatch procedures, without looking for a college counselor. Inter-provincial transfer, in addition to the consent of the unit, requires the approval and seal of the Provincial Personnel Department before going to the university. If graduates from other provinces change jobs in the province, and the new unit does not need to sign an agreement, it can be dispatched to the employment distribution organ of the Provincial Personnel Department.

(3) Policies related to mobility

If the original unit and the new unit are in a province (city), they should apply to the department in charge of employment of college students in this province (city) and go through the reassignment procedures;

If it is adjusted across ministries and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), it should apply to the school student employment guidance center for reassignment. After examination and approval, it should be reported to the Employment Office of the Municipal Education Commission for reassignment procedures.

1. Redistribution time

(1) Graduate students who graduated in the spring: Graduates should apply before May 15, and go through the reassignment procedures in late June;

(2) Summer graduates: Graduates should apply before August 3 1 and go through the reassignment procedures in mid-September.

2. Redistribution procedure

(1) The graduates obtained a written rejection letter from the personnel department of the original unit, asking the employer to return the files to the school;

(2) Graduates get the admission notice of the new unit and its superior competent department (provincial and ministerial level);

(3) Graduates should write a written application, explain the reasons for reassignment, and sign opinions with the employment departments of various departments;

(4) Graduates shall submit the original Rejection Letter, Admission Notice, Application for Reassignment and Registration Certificate to the Student Employment Guidance Center.

(5) The Student Employment Guidance Center will report the adjustment and reassignment plan;

(6) The Student Employment Guidance Center shall go through the reassignment procedures at the Employment Department of the Municipal Education Commission;

(7) After the graduates are reassigned, they will receive the registration card, and change the registration card to the household registration room with the registration card and the original registration card;

(8) Graduates will submit the Notice of Redistribution of Registration Cards to the Archives for filing, and the Archives will forward the files for graduates according to the new employment units.

Third, on the issue of archives.

(a) files and work units can not be put together?

In principle, files and work units should be together, but some special circumstances can be separated, such as going to Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Tianjin for employment. The unit can't solve your account, and you can put the files and accounts in your hometown or a talent center in a city.

(2) Can I bring my own documents?

You can't. Graduates' files are sent by the school through the confidential department of the post office after the registration card is completed, and cannot be carried with you. This is a confidential document. Once I am with you, I lose my credibility.

(3) After graduation, I want to find a job while taking the postgraduate entrance examination. What about the file? Should it be placed in schools or the talent market?

It can be placed in the provincial college enrollment and employment guidance service center to facilitate graduates to go through relevant procedures in the future.

(4) Graduates' files have been sent but not received. How to inquire?

You can issue a mailing certificate in the school and check it in the confidential department of the post office.

(5) Can household registration books and files be kept in school for two years? What should I do with it?

After graduation, graduates who have never gone through the employment formalities put their household registration and files in the school, and there are many problems that the school can't solve. For example, after graduation, for a series of problems such as preparing for postgraduate entrance examination, going abroad and getting married, the school can't issue or handle relevant procedures, including household registration certificates. Therefore, it is suggested that students who are not ready for employment due to reasons such as continuing postgraduate entrance examination, taking doctoral examinations, and going abroad, or graduates whose current units cannot implement their household registration and files, can go to Tianjin College Admissions and Employment Guidance Service Center to go through the formalities of personnel agency.

Fourth, about the household registration.

(1) Do I have to move my hukou after graduation?

It is impossible to move out and stay in school, and it will bring you a lot of troubles in the future, such as buying a house, registering marriage, and getting a birth permit. Moreover, the school can't provide proof for the graduates, and then the students will be in trouble.

(2) What about the accounts of students who have been reassigned to postpone graduation?

Students who have been reassigned or postponed graduation will go directly to the household registration department to apply for a new household registration card with their registration cards. The Household Registration Section is located at Gate 5 1 of West Apartment. Tel: 235098 16.

(3) Are the household registration book and registration card handled at the same time?

The registration card is handled by the school with the employment agreement to the provincial recruitment center, and the account is handled by the school household registration department according to the registration card issued by the graduates to Xuefu Street police station.

(4) Can I not settle down temporarily if I get a residence permit?

Graduates should settle down as soon as possible after obtaining the transfer certificate, so as to avoid difficulties in transferring jobs or handling after the two-year validity period of the school.

(5) What should I do if my account transfer certificate is lost?

First of all, issue a "no proof of residence" at the address where you should settle down, check the number of the original household registration certificate at the school household registration department, and report the loss in the local newspaper above the municipal level. Then, with the "No Certificate of Settlement" and the newspaper, go to Xuefu Street Police Station to issue a new household registration certificate.

(6) Do you have to go to work for an account? Could you separate it from the address of the registration card?

If the unit has no affiliated collective households, graduates should write down in writing "Request to open a registration card at the unit and return the household registration to their original place" when submitting the agreement, and issue an application form. However, it should be noted that in some local personnel bureaus, it is not allowed to settle down with a household registration card instead of a registration card. Graduates should communicate with the local personnel bureau or police station in advance.

(7) You have found a job, but you haven't settled your hukou, so you can't sign three parties. You have the following options:

1. Apply to the school to leave the file and account in the school.

The archives and accounts of graduate students in Nankai University can be saved to 20 10 12.30 and will not be transferred back to their original residence. During half a year, if you find a unit outside Tianjin, you can solve the problem of hukou and still send it to you. It can still be issued as a fresh student.

2. Go back to your birthplace.

You still have a dispatch card, at least transfer it to the personnel bureau of the prefecture-level city where your hometown is located, and then transfer it back to the archives school. Note: you need to go to the employment guidance center after graduation. If you don't go or leave, the file will be transferred home, but your account has not been transferred. The account information is still in the police station where the school is located, but you are no longer an account here. You can go home and settle down without a dispatch card, so there will be no account. And if there is no dispatch card, the file will be transferred back to the labor bureau instead of the personnel bureau, and the cadre status will be gone.

If you find a unit that can solve the account within 2 years, you can still sign a tripartite agreement.
