I voluntarily joined the China * * * Production Party and became a glorious party member. Because the China * * * production party is the vanguard of the working class in China, a loyal representative of the interests of the people of all ethnic groups in China, and the leading core of the socialist cause in China. The ultimate goal of the Party is to realize the socialist social system. As a preparation for party member, we must first solve the problem of why we should join the Party. Because the motivation of joining the Party is the subjective reason that urges me to join the Party, which fundamentally determines the quality and behavior that I should have as a party member, and also reflects my personal world outlook and outlook on life. In fact, the correct motivation to join the party did not happen overnight, but gradually came to me through more than three years of study and thinking.

When I first submitted my application for joining the Party, I saw someone else writing an application for joining the Party. If I hadn't written it, I would be afraid of the teacher. My classmates said I didn't want to make progress, so I followed the crowd and wrote an application. But what I wrote in the meantime was copied and learned from party member's father. In fact, I lacked a real understanding of the party at that time. Although I have attended several party classes, I still know little about the basic knowledge of the party and have no urgent desire to join the party ideologically.
This is a political attitude that is not serious and serious to the party and individuals. Later, on the eve of high school graduation, I saw that some students had joined the party and gained a certain prestige among them, so I quickly wrote several ideological reports, hoping to get this honor and spiritual satisfaction one day. In fact, this is a manifestation of impure motivation to join the party. Joining the party is not to show off to others, let alone to satisfy your vanity. But to be loyal to the party, serve the people wholeheartedly, and play a vanguard and exemplary role in study and life.
When I was a freshman, I learned the basic knowledge of the party in the course of "Introduction to the Basic Knowledge of the Party". At the same time, I have the time and opportunity to get in touch with party member around me, and my political vision has also been expanded. Seeing that there are unhealthy tendencies at present, I hope to join the Party organization, be an excellent party member and redefine the image of the Party. Now this view is very one-sided and narrow. The reason for this erroneous idea is that our understanding of the party is still too vague. We can't deny that some party member are vanguard fighters of the proletariat just because they have shortcomings, which has always affected our understanding of party spirit. A few degenerate party member cannot be equated with Party organizations, and they cannot represent the Party. After these cognitive changes, I think the most important thing before joining the party is to have a correct and comprehensive understanding of our party. My motivation to join the party was denied three times by myself, and my thoughts seemed to be inactive again. I'm afraid I'll go in the wrong direction and take a detour. At this time, my father's education gave me great enlightenment.
On weekdays, I like to discuss my thoughts with my father best, because he is not only the person who knows me best, but also an old party member. He was not surprised by my repeated changes, but praised me. He said that it is my "compulsory course" to explain my understanding of the party again and again and establish a correct motivation to join the party. He told me that joining the party is your own business. Just like studying, the important thing is the ability to think independently. Observing, summarizing, extending, reading, studying and thinking all require great efforts.
Some people need to keep on thinking about joining the party for a period of time or even a lifetime, including redefining their own motives for joining the party more completely. After that, I made up my mind to form my real motivation to join the party through my own study and thinking. I think I must combine the transformation of my thoughts with my actions properly, so that I can link every thought with every practice, make progress in my study and do it with experience, and really demand myself to work hard like a party member.
In the study, we should be more clear about the learning purpose, correct the learning attitude, find ways to find problems, constantly improve the learning methods, and study hard. Although sometimes my grades don't improve much or even drop occasionally, I always try to get rid of the shadow of poor grades, sum up lessons, invest in new learning and persevere. For a long time, I thought I was preparing for party member. In group activities, I actively participate in and cooperate with everyone to complete the collective task. In life, unite your classmates, give full play to your role, do something within your power, and help and care for your classmates. For example, when you hear that your classmates are ill, you will visit and greet them. I heard that my friend was in a bad mood, so I went to comfort him.
