Southeast University, referred to as "Dongda" for short, is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC), and it is one of the first world-class universities to build universities (Class A), "985 Project" and "21/project". 1902, Sanjiang Normal School was founded. 192 1 On the basis of Nanjing Normal University, the National Southeast University was established, with engineering courses under it. Later, engineering experienced the historical periods such as the Engineering College of National Fourth Sun Yat-sen University, the Engineering College of National Central University and the Engineering College of National Nanjing University. 1952, the former Institute of Technology of Nanjing University was merged into relevant departments of Fudan University, Jiaotong University, Zhejiang University and Jinling University, and Nanjing Institute of Technology was established in the original site of Central University.
