1. The householder (or client) submits a replacement application to the handling center of the public security bureau where the household registration is located (or the police station that can handle household registration business) with the required supporting materials;

2, the public security bureau accreditation center (or police station) after the audit to reissue the residence booklet;

3. Required materials: the original and photocopy of the resident identity card of the head of household, and a written application for replacement.
