Beijing University of Technology, Taiwan Province Provincial University, Jinan University. Hyogo University ranks 100 1 in the Times World University Ranking, which is roughly equivalent to Beijing University of Technology, Taiwan Province Provincial University and Jinan University in China. Hyogo Prefectural University, founded in 1929, is one of the earlier public universities in Japan. The school was reorganized from the old Kobe University of Commerce, the old Himeji University of Technology and the old Hyogo Nursing University in 2004.
