How do college students explore themselves
1. Explore your heart

We are full of curiosity about the outside world from birth. We want to explore every corner of the world and discover all the beauty in this world.

But it also ignores our own inner world. In fact, most of the world around us is made by our hearts.

Although it sounds mysterious, but seriously recall, when you are in a good mood, everything in the world is beautiful. When you are in a bad mood, everything is not good.

The most important thing in life is to know yourself and control yourself. Only when we control ourselves can we control our environment.

When we are young, we need to constantly examine our hearts.

Look in the mirror and you can tidy your clothes. Look at yourself, and you can see your true nature.

By exploring and examining our inner world, we need to do such a thing. That is to find what you really like and want.

Because of our lack of experience, this is a difficult question to answer clearly, and it is also difficult to determine.

But you must keep doing it until you determine something that interests you and is full of motivation. This process may be long, but it's worth it. It allows you to do what you like and choose your favorite career for the rest of your life.

It gives you the right to choose, not as a chosen person.

As the movie Dead Poets Society said:

You must try to find your own voice, because the later you start looking, the less likely you are to find it.

It took me nearly two years to discover and confirm that I like writing and reading. Reading makes me feel that my life is full, and writing makes me experience happiness that I have never experienced before.

Face your heart.

I once wrote an article entitled "How many people choose to live in other people's world".

The writing background of this article is that several freshmen reflected the same problem when chatting with me, that is, they obviously wanted to go to the library to read and study, but they were afraid to go because no one went to the dormitory.

I gave up what I wanted to do because I was afraid that people in the dormitory would pretend to be myself. This phenomenon is not uncommon, even when I was in college, I would have this mentality.

So now I want to tell people with this mentality that they are very lucky to know what they want to do. If someone comments on you behind your back, it means they are jealous of you. They can't do it themselves, and they want to pull you to the same level as them. Remember, you are different from them after all.

Anything that gets in your way will eventually be left behind by you, and even the shadow will disappear.

Release your heart.

Youth is the most energetic time. Don't hesitate to do something at this age without any burden. Of course, I mean what you like, which is good for yourself but won't hurt others.

Just like when I first started to do self-media, I hesitated for a long time, worried about this and that. Can you continue to write? Will this road be difficult to walk? Is it worth it?

When I made a decision later, I felt that my previous concerns were meaningless. What does it matter if you fail? It is also an experience of life.

Some things, if you don't do them when you are young, you will never do them. So, do what you want to do in your heart, fight for your dream once, and don't leave regrets for life.
