Peking University Art College is an art college with a long history, which consists of four departments: art theory department, film and television department, art department and music department. At the same time, there are five research institutions: Peking University Film and Television Drama Research Center, Peking University Calligraphy Art Research Institute, Peking University Kunqu Opera Inheritance and Research Center, and Peking University Art Institute National Music and Musical Research Center.
