Seven failed students changed their nationality to go to universities in China.
If the results of the college entrance examination are not satisfactory, they will spend money to "package" international students and enter domestic universities as "international students". Seven students in Guangzhou were expelled from the university one year after this move. Three criminals who forged student nationality documents were recently sentenced to four to five years in prison by the court. Tianhe District Procuratorate hopes that the parents of the majority of candidates will be vigilant and not believe in such scams, so as not to waste money and delay children.

Handling false identities for 10 students.

Since the second half of 2005, the defendants Chen and Chen conspired to "package" some students who failed in the college entrance examination into foreign students and enter domestic universities as "international students". Chen also found the defendant Hu Guangyao who can handle passports and other related school materials for domestic students, and the three of them hit it off. First, seven domestic students, including Zheng Moli, Lan Mouwen, Zheng Mosen, Huang Mouqun, Zheng Mogan, Hu Moufei and Yuan Mouqing, were enrolled, and their parents were charged a fee of 654.38 million yuan to 200,000 yuan. Chen also enrolled three students, Li, Guo and Fang Mojin, each of whom charged more than 200,000 yuan. Beginning in the first half of 2006, Hu Guangyao provided information about 10 students to criminals in the society, forged passports of a certain country, and assisted in the procedures for seven people, including Zheng Moli, Lan Mouwen, Zheng Mosen, Li Mou, Guo, Huang Mouqun and Zheng Mogan, to attend two famous universities in Guangzhou.

It was found that seven people had infiltrated the university.

In September 2006, except for three students who were recognized by the admissions school, the other seven students were successfully admitted to the university, but in the process of getting along with their classmates, they gradually found that they had never been to a country at all, and the school also found that they were suspected of identity fraud, and reported the case in 2007.

After investigation by the public security organs, the identities of 10 deceived students were found out. Immediately, three defendants who provided them with forged passports surfaced and were captured by the public security organs.

Three people were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment.

Some students' parents said that they didn't know in advance that the entry and exit documents provided by the defendant were forged, because the children's college entrance examination results were not satisfactory, either through friends' introduction or seeing the posted advertising information before contacting the defendant. Defendants can help their children enter universities as overseas Chinese students and show their foreign passports, domestic university admission notices and other materials. These parents rushed to the hospital, believed the defendant's words and paid fees ranging from 65,438+10,000 yuan to more than 200,000 yuan. Now their children have been expelled from school, and the fees paid have been squandered by the defendant. It can be said that people and money are empty.

Recently, Tianhe District Court sentenced Chen, Hu Guangyao to five years and four years' imprisonment respectively for providing forged entry and exit documents. According to the Tianhe District Procuratorate, in recent years, the hospital has accepted similar cases many times and is currently in the admission period of colleges and universities. I hope that the parents of the majority of candidates will be vigilant and not believe in such scams, so as not to waste money and delay their children's future.
