What does "administrative placement" mean in universities?
University administration course is a special class to cultivate the psychological quality of administrative staff. The purpose of this course in ordinary universities is to retrain the administrators of state institutions.

If the object of administrative placement is ordinary students, it means that this is just a management method of the school, and you can understand it as simple placement.

There are three definitions of university: first, it refers to a school that implements higher education, and it refers to a higher education institution that provides teaching and research conditions and authorizes the awarding of degrees, including comprehensive universities, colleges and higher vocational colleges. Two, especially in multi-disciplinary colleges and universities, there are generally various majors in philosophy and social sciences (liberal arts) and natural sciences (science and engineering).

Class placement is to divide a whole into several small parts according to a certain basis and divide all the students in the school into different classes.
