Evergrande Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Evergrande Real Estate) was established in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China from 65438 to 0997. It is a subsidiary holding company of China Evergrande Group and the main body of the Group's real estate business.

On August 1 2065438, the headquarters of Evergrande Group, Evergrande Real Estate Group and Evergrande Financial Group officially settled in Shenzhen, while the headquarters of Evergrande Tourism Group and Evergrande Health Group remained in Guangzhou. The strategy of "dual headquarters" in Guangzhou and Shenzhen was formally implemented, with more than 3,000 employees in each of the two headquarters.
