Chuanshan College of South China University is the third batch of local enrollment in Hunan. Because many areas in other provinces canceled three books, and two books merged with three books, Chuanshan College has both a batch of enrollment and two batches of enrollment in other areas. Chuanshan College of University of South China is located in Hengyang City, Hunan Province, and enjoys the faculty and teaching resources of University of South China. College is the only school in Hunan province that does not distinguish between independent colleges and host universities.

Chuanshan College of University of South China was approved by Hunan Provincial People's Government in August 20001year, and confirmed by the Ministry of Education in 2004. It is a full-time undergraduate independent college established by the University of South China according to the new mechanism and mode.
