The Bank Card Confirmation Form of Travel Expenses and Short-term Living Expenses for Freshmen in 20 12 years (Annex 5), together with the Application Form for Travel Expenses and Short-term Living Expenses for Freshmen with Economic Difficulties in Rongxian County (Annex 1), a copy of the admission notice, a student ID card and other supporting materials, are submitted to the funding department for review in batches. ?
(6) Examining and issuing. After reviewing the materials submitted by the school, the funding department will directly distribute the funds to the students' bank cards. After the funds are distributed, the school is responsible for taking back the copy of the receipt of the students' entrance fee and sending the payment receipt back to the school for the record), doing a good job in the registration of students' whereabouts and financial aid statistics, and filling out the Registration Form of Graduation Destinations of Students from Poor Families in Rongxian County 20 12 (Annex 6) and the Statistical Table of Special Funds for Admission Aid of Freshmen from Poor Universities 20 12 (Annex 7). ?
(seven) to establish and improve the archives and accounting.
