Only in this way can you unite and lead other comrades in this department to complete their tasks and perform their duties better.

Third, when the section chief should have a solid work style, the department is the skeleton of a unit, and the work of the department is the basis of a unit's work. The section chief must have a solid work style, not afraid of hardship and fatigue, respect the leader, accurately understand the intention of the superior, be a good leader's staff, stick to his own opinions, fully listen to and adopt other people's opinions, plan carefully, not be impetuous, not procrastinating, not arrogant, not inferior, not complacent, not mechanically dogmatic, confident in the work, not showing off, but "rushing headlong into the herd", so as to do the work well and do it.
