1: the presidium must be responsible for the work plan of each semester, supervise and guide various activities, and do a good job in coordination.
2. All departments of the Student Union implement the ministerial responsibility system, and each minister must make unified planning and arrangement for the work of each department.
3. The ministers of the student union must be serious and responsible, work hard, submit the work plan of this semester to the office at the beginning of the semester, and make a written summary of the work at the end of the semester.
Two: the regular meeting system
1: Students' Union must hold regular general meetings of all members, sum up the work for a period of time, implement the plan and arrange the work for the next stage.
2. The President of the Student Union and ministers must also hold regular meetings of cadres, and ministers must report to the General Assembly the work and arrangements to be carried out in the near future.
3. Student members shall not be absent, late or leave early without reason. Sign-in system shall be implemented for each meeting. Any member who is unable to attend the meeting for some reason must ask the Minister for leave in advance and submit the leave slip to the presidium.
Three: personnel appointment system
1: In order to keep the school alive, a recruitment activity is held for freshmen every year. When recruiting new students, the ministers are responsible for the specific matters of recruiting new students.
Before the natural transition of the student union, the ministers of the student union must focus on cultivating the successors of their own departments. After the natural transition, all the working materials of the department should be handed over to the new minister without delay or perfunctory.
3. The student union cadres must make an application report and explain the reasons before leaving the student union. On the basis of soliciting opinions from departments, students' union will criticize and educate cadres who leave their posts without authorization, and conduct internal informed criticism with reference to relevant regulations.
Four. Activity declaration system.
1: Each department must submit an application to the department before holding an activity. The contents of the application should include the name, time, place, number of people, process, purpose and significance of the activity, and the application must also specify the various expenses and estimated expenses.
2. If the application fails, it must be unconditionally obeyed; Once the application is approved, it must be implemented in strict accordance with the application content. If help from other departments is needed, ministers should not shirk their responsibilities and make every effort to help carry out activities.
3. After the activity, ministers should summarize the activity, whether it has achieved the expected purpose and what are the shortcomings, so as to prevent the same mistakes from being made again in the future.
V. Reimbursement system
1: There must be a formal invoice for the purchase, and the invoice should be submitted to the office for unified reimbursement as soon as possible.
2. The Presidium must record every account and let the buyer sign it, so that every expense can be checked. Buyers shall not practise fraud or misappropriate public funds without permission. Once found, it will be dealt with seriously.
Six: assessment and punishment system
1: after the end of each semester, an evaluation activity will be held, and the ministers and deputy ministers of various departments will determine two candidates for outstanding officials, who must meet the following requirements:
(1): Those who are late for regular meetings and duty without reason will be verbally criticized within 5 minutes. 0.5 points will be deducted from 5- 10 minute, and criticism and education will be conducted. If the time exceeds 10 minute, 1 minute will be deducted, and criticism and education will be conducted.
(2) Those who are absent without reason will be deducted 1 point.
(3) The relevant person in charge will be deducted 1 point for failing to submit the work summary, work plan and other materials to the Secretariat in time.
(4) Failing to complete the assigned work on time will be deducted 1 point, and 2 points will be deducted for refusing to complete it. Those who refuse to provide reasonable help to other departments will be fired twice.
(5): Actively cooperate with the Vice Minister in his work, be outstanding in his work, be serious and responsible, be able to put forward constructive opinions on his work, and have certain leadership and organizational skills.
2 outstanding cadres of the Student Union are elected by secret ballot by all cadres of the Student Union, and outstanding cadres must meet the following requirements:
(1): The minister must be present to preside over the meeting.
(2): Ministers and deputy ministers should make overall arrangements for their work when working in various ministries, set an example and do not shirk their responsibilities.
(3): No violation of discipline.
In order to keep the student union playing a good leading role in students' minds, any student union member who violates the inter-school rules will be expelled once found.
VII. Vacation system
1. Fill in the leave slip in advance and don't make up the leave afterwards.
2. The leave of members of the Bureau shall be approved by the Minister, and the leave of vice-ministers and ministers shall be approved by the Vice-Chairman or the Chairman.
3. Personal leave needs to be signed by the person responsible for guiding the work, and attendance is not recorded.
4. Those who arrive late, leave early and ask for leave for a total of three times will be absenteeism.
Eight, attendance system
1. All student union members must attend all meetings and activities on time. Don't be late, leave early or absent without reason. Under special circumstances, you must submit the leave slip to the minister for approval. Without approval, 0,5 points will be deducted for being late and leaving early, and 1 point/time will be deducted for being absent.
2. In all the work and activities of the Student Union, members must consciously wear work cards representing their membership. If you don't wear it, deduct 0 or 5 points each time.
