Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, located in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, is an institution of higher learning of traditional Chinese medicine with Chinese medicine education as the main body, coordinated development of multiple disciplines and distinctive characteristics of Industry-University-Research. It has the qualification of recommending excellent undergraduate graduates to study for master's degree without examination and 5+3 integration enrollment of Chinese medicine specialty, and is a demonstration institution for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the Ministry of Education.
The history of the school can be traced back to Jiangxi Pharmaceutical School founded by 195 1 and Jiangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine School founded by 1953. Jiangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine was founded on 1959, and was renamed Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine on 20 13.
