Each college completed the re-examination from March 25, 2023 to April 25, 2023, and then organized the re-examination after enrolling a volunteer re-examination. The time, place, content and form of the second interview shall be subject to the second interview plan published on the homepage of each college, and the whole process of the second interview shall be recorded and videotaped.
After receiving the notice of re-examination, log in to "Xiangtan University Postgraduate Examination Service System" (website:/cancellation), the registration item is "Postgraduate Re-examination Admission", the user name is the admission ticket number (15 digits), the initial password is the valid resident ID number, and the resident ID number is 18 digits. After logging into the system, enter the "Re-examination Result Inquiry" and pay the re-examination fee according to the payment instruction. Once the re-examination fee is paid, it will not be refunded.
Qualification examination:
All candidates who take part in the second interview must pass the qualification examination. See the re-examination work plan of each college for the location and specific arrangement of qualification examination. Candidates are required to bring the following materials when conducting qualification examination:
(1) Original and photocopy of my valid ID card and admission ticket.
(2) The original and photocopy of graduation certificate and degree certificate (the current student is a student ID card, and the online verification report of the Ministry of Education).
(3) Previous candidates are required to provide the electronic registration record form of the education certificate of the Ministry of Education or a copy of the China Higher Education Certification Report issued by Xuexin.com of the Ministry of Education. Candidates with foreign academic qualifications are also required to issue the original and photocopy of the study abroad certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
(4) Candidates who have not graduated from the school must also provide reference cards and transcripts of more than 6 subjects (including 6 subjects) in the national self-study exam.
