According to the Constitution of China * * * Socialist Youth League, when members are transferred from one grassroots organization to another, they must go through the formalities of organizational relationship transfer in time.

When transferring the organizational relationship, you should fill in the column of "Transfer of Organizational Relationship" in the member card as required (transfer time, tour fee collection, etc. ), and stamped with the official seal of the receiving unit or the transferring unit.
