Judging obese or emaciated people according to the following methods:
Those whose actual weight exceeds the standard weight by more than 25% are obese;
15% of people whose actual weight is lower than the standard weight are too thin.

Calculation method of up and down percentage of standard weight:
[Actual weight (kg)-standard weight (kg)] ÷ standard weight (kg) × 100%
Article 2 Traumatic skull defect, fracture, skull depression, intracranial foreign body, sequelae of craniocerebral trauma, brain malformation, history of craniocerebral operation and chronic intracranial hypertension shall not be employed.
Article 3 A person who has a history of operation on important organs of chest and abdomen (more than half a year after appendicitis operation, except those who have no sequelae for more than one year after inguinal hernia and femoral hernia operation) shall not be employed.
Article 4 Those who suffer from diseases or injuries of bones, joints, synovial bursas, tendon sheaths and their sequelae, osteoarticular deformities, habitual dislocations, chronic spinal diseases, chest deformities, scoliosis, hunchback, chronic low back pain, Kaschin-Beck disease with finger (toe) joint hypertrophy and dysfunction shall not be employed.
Article 5 If the unequal length of both lower limbs exceeds 2 cm, the distance between the medial condyle of femoral genu varum and the distance between the medial malleolus of tibial genu valgus exceeds 7 cm, or the gait abnormality is within the above-mentioned prescribed range, it cannot be employed.
Article 6 Fingers (toes) that affect the function and appearance, flat feet with completely disappeared plantar arch, corns and navel that affect long-distance walking, and those with severe chapped feet shall not be employed.
Article 7 Those who have malignant tumors, benign tumors, cysts, scars and fatigue in various parts of the face or function shall not be employed.
Article 8 Torticollis with stiff neck that cannot be corrected by itself, simple goiter above third degree, tuberculosis of lymph nodes, etc. cannot be employed.
Article 9 Vasculitis, aneurysm, severe varicose veins of lower limbs and severe varicocele cannot be employed.
Article 10 Diseases or injuries of the urogenital system, such as inflammation, tuberculosis, stones and their sequelae, malformations or hypoplasia of the reproductive organs that affect their functions, cryptorchidism, etc., shall not be employed.
