Shanxi Medical University, formerly known as Shanxi Medical College, was founded in the ancient city of Bingzhou, 19 19. 1932 changed to private Shanxi Chuanzhi Medical College. 1940 changed its name to medical major of Shanxi University.
1946 was upgraded to National Medical College of Shanxi University. After the founding of New China, the school entered a brand-new development period. 1953 Independent school, renamed Shanxi Medical College. 1996 changed its name to Shanxi Medical University.
The school has more than 7,000 faculty members, more than 2,000 graduate tutors and more than 2,200 clinical teachers. He has won the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the leading expert of the National "Ten Thousand Talents Program", the chief scientist of the national key R&D program, the personnel enjoying special government allowances, experts with outstanding contributions from the state, and senior experts contacted by the central authorities.
