Party member, a college student, has no department. The propaganda department and organization department of the school party organization don't need students. The Party branch of faculty and staff in a department basically has only one organizing committee member and one propaganda committee member (held by a teacher), and there is no department. There is only one party branch secretary in the student party branch, which is basically held by one student. However, the secretary of the student party branch is basically a student who has joined the party since high school, so universities cannot apply for a department to join the party.
