First, the workers put the gears on a steel shaft in turn, and then insert the steel shaft into the gearbox. Behind the gears is the shift lever operated by the driver. Next is the drive shaft. On the other side of the engine shell, workers install the transmission shaft gear, which can ensure the transmission shaft to rotate at a stable speed. This winglet assembly is very important. It can control the amount of fuel entering the engine. The only cylinder contains a piston for rotating the crankshaft. This engine cover is used to seal the cylinder.
Second, after the engine is assembled, technicians use special instruments to test it and calibrate its performance. The chassis of the racing car is made of steel pipes. Workers install a disc to fix the rear axle, and then they install the axle and brake disc. The worker then connects the brake caliper to the chassis. When you step on the brake, the brake caliper will squeeze the brake disc until the wheel stops turning.
Third, the steering system. Workers install a spindle on both sides of the front of the chassis, then fix the steering column at the top, and then connect the spindle with the steering column with a pull rod, so that the spindle can control the left and right direction of the front wheel. Next, two crankshafts fixed by springs are installed in front of the chassis, which are connected with the brake system, so that the driver can better control the brake disc.
Fourth, the workers then installed the upper wheel and the soul engine of the racing car on both sides of the chassis, then put on the tires and covered the racing car with some necessary glass fiber decoration. So a racing car that can show speed and passion was made. After the production is completed, the car will be tested. After many professional tests, qualified cars will be transported to the track.
