This book is the second book for students in the audio-visual teaching course of New College English. * * * is divided into ten units, and the topic of each unit is completely consistent with the main textbook of New College English. Each unit consists of four parts, all of which revolve around a theme: a) Watching, understanding and speaking: it contains a video short play with strong interest and complete expression of ideas, and is equipped with four exercises aimed at improving students' oral expression ability; CD-ROM has the function of speech recognition, which can help students improve their pronunciation and intonation and master related expressions. B) Listening, understanding and speaking: mainly from the listening-centered activities in the original textbook, including listening materials and related language activities; C) Listen more: There are four kinds of supplementary listening materials, each with exercises.
