What is the major of electrical engineering and automation in Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and what is the employment situation?
Hello, I am a 20 10 student from the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Huazhong University of Science and Technology.

According to the first-level discipline evaluation in 20 12 years, Huake Electric ranked third in China. The first place is Tsinghua, the second place is Xi Jiaotong University, the fourth place is Zhejiang University and the fifth place is North China Electric Power. The School of Electrical Engineering is the strongest college in the whole main campus, known as "Xiba"! The strength is one of the best in Huake.

Our electrical engineering teacher is Yu Kexun, secretary of the Party Committee of the Institute of Electrical Engineering. He mentioned in a college report that by the end of 20 14, the Institute of Electrical Engineering will have built an electrical complex with a total cost of * 1 billion yuan (the exact figure is unknown to us students), and by then, Supercomputer College will become the largest college complex in Huake. This is not only the size of the building area, but also the embodiment of the strength of the institute. We can say without boasting that the Institute of Electrical Engineering has great development space in the next few years. It is likely to surpass Britain and catch up with the United States! Note: I didn't say this, but the leaders of our hospital said it.

Next, I will briefly explain the employment prospects of undergraduate graduates from the Institute of Electrical Engineering:

Every year, Huake Electric initially recruits about 380 people, and after the first semester of freshman year, it adds three classes of Chinese and English classes, so there are about 500 graduates every year. A considerable number of them took the postgraduate entrance examination, accounting for about 40% to 50% of the total number. From this further study data, we can see how high the quality of electrical children is … a small number of them go abroad about 10%, and the rest about 40%. There are three main aspects of the work:

1. In most power grid companies (formerly called power supply bureau, anyway), the working conditions there are basically above the average level of each region (city). Ask uncle what is above average and some information about this industry (I believe you won't be disappointed).

2. Enterprise company. These are not ordinary enterprises. They are basically Fortune 500 companies. For large enterprises such as Huawei and xd Group, wages will naturally not be worse than the power grid. Moreover, if you have the ability, there is a lot of room for promotion (many of our seniors become top managers or CEOs (Baidu can be "some outstanding alumni of Huake").

3. Power generation group. Basically, they are the top five power generation groups in China. The rest went to the nuclear power plant (senior students and some students from other colleges formed a CGNPC class, which was specially trained for CNNC and CGNPC), and several others started their own businesses! Haha ~ ~ ~

Finally, I would like to briefly tell you about the daily life and study of the Institute of Electrical Engineering. In my opinion, it is two words: enrichment. Here you can learn anything you want, such as computers, music, sports, students' homework, and of course, the most important thing is professional knowledge.

Professional basic courses of electrical engineering college: calculus (gray is often more important), circuit theory, analog electronic technology, digital electronic technology, electromagnetic field, motor.

Professional core courses: electrical engineering foundation and power system analysis, what high voltage, power electronics technology ... are basically high voltage and strong current. Alas, the mess is inseparable from the word "electricity" anyway, which is also the soul of the Institute of Electrical Engineering!

Before talking about my daily study, I want to emphasize one point: your college entrance examination is over, which doesn't mean your hard life is over! Anyone who wants to have a long-term development must struggle! Keep fighting! ! If you only want to get a diploma from a good university, you are wrong. If you have the idea of muddling along, then even if you enter Tsinghua, it is too reliable to go to college. I hope students can understand what I mean.

Ok, let's get back to the topic: the learning atmosphere of the Institute of Electrical Engineering is very good. Basically everyone is cheering. Of course, these cheers are very, very worthwhile! Just like the rich rewards brought by your efforts in the college entrance examination, I believe that everyone will not regret the hard work of the college entrance examination in these years, right? The reason is the same, in short, you won't regret all your persistent choices when you come to Huake! Here you will feel the bright future that you have been longing for!

I have to say that there are few girls here, and the ratio of male to female is quite abnormal, which seems to have reached 10: 1. This is a desperate data … but we can successfully solve the single problem through friendship with other schools or colleges. Some MMs are quite optimistic about the boys in the Institute of Electrical Engineering. It is said that Huake MM is the first male student in Central China by default (a little exaggerated, narcissistic, hehe, understanding is the main thing, supplemented by patting bricks).

Well, these days coincide with the college entrance examination. I hope that the students can be admitted to Huake with excellent results and smoothly enter the magical Institute of Electrical Engineering!

Hehe ~ ~ ~ ~
