Brief introduction of the community: The community of Electric Power Research Institute is located on the east side of Jingcheng Expressway outside Deshengmen, and Xiaoying East Road in Qinghe. Xiaoying Bridge is about 400 meters east. The community is divided into north and south courtyards by Xiaoying East Road. This community is adjacent to the North Zone of Metallurgical Research Institute Dormitory and Zongcan 1 in the east, Qiantun Village in Dongsheng Township in the north, Institute of Mechanical Industry, West Campus of Highway Dormitory and a military retirement home in the west, and Second Department of Zongcan and East Campus of Highway Dormitory in the south. The North and South Yards are No.6 and No.7 Xiaoying East Road, respectively, and 3 rows of east bungalows located in the two houses and 7 rows of west bungalows located in the west of the office area of the Institute of Electric Power. The residential area covers an area of about 643 19.48 square meters, * * with 2/kloc-0 buildings and 73 doors, * * * with about 987 households and a permanent population of about 19 13. Residents in the community are mainly employees and retired employees of the Institute of Electric Power and their families, in addition to external renters and scattered renters of the Institute of Electric Power. Their household registration management belongs to our community, and other things belong to the electric power university. In 2002, a closed community was built, including infirmary, single dormitory, staff canteen and Guodian Hotel. The service outlets include supermarket convenience stores, photo printing shops, restaurants, barbershops, Internet cafes, laundries, shoe repair and car repair self-employed people, etc. The community has venues for the elderly, civic schools, reading rooms, youth activity centers, stadiums and other places to facilitate the activities of community residents and primary and secondary school students. There are five cultural and sports teams in the community, such as the chorus for the elderly, the dance team for the elderly, and the Taiji Chuanjian team, and the volunteer service teams for the elderly and the public security patrol volunteer service team. Community neighborhood committees practice residents' autonomy according to law. Community service stations implement the "one window" service under the leadership of community neighborhood committees, act as public services, provide convenience services, and continuously meet the material and cultural needs of community residents. Area under the jurisdiction of the community: East: at the junction with the North Yard of Metallurgical Dormitory and a certain department of General Staff 1; South to: adjacent to a department of the General Staff; 2. Adjacent to the dormitory of Highway 4 under the jurisdiction of the Joint Neighborhood Committee of the School of Mechanical Engineering; West to: the West Dormitory of Electric Power Research Institute, which is at the junction with the neighborhood committee of Mechanical Engineering College and Xiaoying United neighborhood committee respectively; North to: border with Qiantun and panzhuang.
