Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, in combination with the actual situation of Tongji University, in order to ensure the smooth enrollment of undergraduate students and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates.
Article 2 Tongji University is a full-time general institution of higher learning organized by the state, a comprehensive and research-oriented institution of higher learning directly under the Ministry of Education, and a national "985 Project" and "2 1 1 Project". The school is located in Shanghai, and undergraduate teaching is mainly conducted in siping road Campus (siping road 1239) and Jiading Campus (No.4800 Cao 'an Highway).
Article 3 Our school will issue Tongji University undergraduate diploma to undergraduates who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the prescribed time limit; For those who meet the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting, the bachelor's degree certificate of ordinary higher education graduates will be awarded.
Article 4 In accordance with this year's Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and the Regulations on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities promulgated by the Ministry of Education, our school has fully implemented the "Sunshine Project" for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities, and based on the principles of fairness, justice and openness, we have comprehensively evaluated and selected students from the aspects of knowledge, ability and morality.
Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Article 5 The Admissions Committee of Tongji University is the highest leading body of the school's enrollment work, which consists of an enrollment leading group and an enrollment supervision group.
Article 6 The director of the Admissions Committee shall be the principal, and its members shall be school leaders, representatives of relevant functional departments, teachers, representatives of provincial admissions working groups, alumni and students. The main responsibilities are to study and formulate strategies and plans for school enrollment, provide macro guidance for school enrollment, make strategic decisions and arrangements for deepening the reform of the examination enrollment system, consider major issues in enrollment, and supervise enrollment.
Article 7 The head of the leading group for enrollment shall be the principal, and the executive deputy head shall be the vice president in charge of enrollment. Other members include the secretary of the school's Disciplinary Committee, the deputy secretary in charge of student affairs, the Academic Affairs Office and the Admissions Office. Responsible for the overall planning, guidance, coordination, review and supervision of the enrollment work, manage the enrollment work of the school, and collectively decide on the specific enrollment plan and specific implementation measures.
Article 8 The Admissions Office of Tongji University, as the permanent working body of the school, is responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment, and its main responsibilities are as follows:
1. Strictly implement the policies of the Ministry of Education on enrollment and the supplementary provisions and implementation rules of the enrollment committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government);
2. According to the annual enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education and the relevant regulations, prepare enrollment source plans by province and specialty, and formulate school enrollment regulations;
3. Carry out enrollment publicity and consulting services, and introduce our school's situation and enrollment policy to candidates and parents;
4. Complete the enrollment work objectively and fairly, and be responsible for coordinating and handling various situations encountered in the enrollment work;
5. Fulfill the corresponding responsibilities of college enrollment information disclosure;
6. Cooperate with the relevant departments of the school to review the admitted freshmen;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the education authorities and schools.
Article 9 The enrollment of Tongji University shall be conducted under the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision department of the school.
Article 10 The Admissions Office of Tongji University shall set up enrollment working groups in different provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) to carry out enrollment publicity and consultation under the leadership of the Admissions Office.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 11 Tongji University enrolls students for the whole country. In order to promote the fairness of candidates' enrollment opportunities between regions and between urban and rural areas, our school takes into account the number of candidates, the quality of students and the employment situation of various majors, and arranges enrollment plans by province and specialty.
Article 12 The enrollment plan of Tongji University by province and specialty shall be announced to the public by the provincial enrollment institutions.
Thirteenth schools reserve plans for 65438+ 0% of the total enrollment plans, which are mainly used for quality control of students and enrollment of candidates with the same score.
Article 14 Other plans not compiled by the province are used for independent enrollment, comprehensive evaluation, special plans for directional enrollment in poverty-stricken areas (hereinafter referred to as national special plans), dream building plans (hereinafter referred to as special plans for colleges and universities), student walks, high-level sports teams, art classes, Tibetan classes in the mainland, Xinjiang high school classes in the mainland, and ethnic minority preparatory classes.
Chapter IV Access Rules
Article 15 Our school files according to the scores provided by the provincial admissions offices (including the national college entrance examination plus points confirmed by the provincial admissions offices). Our school determines the adjustment ratio according to the enrollment plans and students of each province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government), which generally does not exceed 120%. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the file transfer ratio generally does not exceed 105%.
Sixteenth candidates in Jiangsu Province, the academic level of the selected subjects must reach 2B (including independent enrollment, national special plan enrollment, college special plan enrollment); The academic level test scores of high-level sports team enrollment and art enrollment shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of Jiangsu Province.
Article 17 When enrolling majors, our school recognizes 20 points as the highest score line (including minority candidates, returned overseas Chinese and their children, overseas Chinese children, Taiwan Province candidates, martyrs' children 10) that conforms to the policies of the Ministry of Education. Do not recognize sports expertise and artistic expertise. All kinds of enrollment candidates recognized by Tongji University and publicized by Sunshine Platform shall implement corresponding candidate recognition policies.
Article 18 Professional admission rules of our school: firstly, adjust the scores of candidates according to the provisions of Article 15, and then sort the adjusted scores from high to low, and then enroll them in turn according to professional wishes. The difference in scores between professional volunteers is 2, 0, 0, 0, and 0 in turn (Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the admission rule of "clear scores", that is, all candidates who enter the file are enrolled professionally according to the scores from high to low). Candidates with the same grades will be given priority in the order of professional volunteers; Candidates with the same grades and the same professional volunteer order are preferred; Candidates with the same grades, the same professional volunteer order and the same score are admitted in the order of science mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages, liberal arts Chinese and foreign languages and mathematics. There is no grade difference of professional volunteers in the admission of art majors, which is implemented in accordance with the admission rules of our school's art enrollment brochure. After all the candidates' professional volunteers are admitted, candidates who do not meet the professional volunteers and obey the professional adjustment will be transferred to other majors; Candidates who can't meet all the professional volunteers and don't obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.
Article 19 For the batches that volunteer to file in turn, our school can accept non-first volunteer candidates under the condition that the students of the first volunteer candidates are insufficient, and select the best candidates according to the results of filing; If the number of qualified non-first-choice candidates is still insufficient, volunteers will be collected. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, unfinished projects will also solicit volunteers. When the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with better student quality to complete the enrollment plan.
Article 20 In the process of admission, there are no restrictions on all enrollment majors in our school, such as previous graduates, fresh graduates and male and female students.
Article 21 The enrollment of students in our school, such as walking, self-enrollment, comprehensive evaluation, national special plans, college special plans, high-level sports teams, art and other special enrollment projects, as well as the enrollment of Tibetan classes in the mainland, Xinjiang high school classes in the mainland and ethnic minority preparatory classes, shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education and relevant state departments and the specific enrollment methods formulated by our school.
Article 22 Our school's enrollment physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Notice on Issues Related to Cancellation of Hepatitis B Detection in Enrollment Physical Examination of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health (No.2 of the Education Department [2010]) and relevant supplementary regulations formulated by our school.
Chapter V Others
Twenty-third freshmen, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the school entrance qualification examination. Students who fail to pass the review shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the enrollment work.
Article 24 Our school collects tuition and accommodation fees according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the standards approved by the Shanghai Price Bureau, and adopts the charging policy of charging tuition fees according to credits: ordinary undergraduate majors receive 5,000 yuan in advance each year, of which architecture, clinical medicine and stomatology majors receive 6,000 yuan in advance each year; Art majors receive 10000 yuan in advance every year; The first and second grades of software engineering major receive 6500 yuan in advance every year, and the third and fourth grades receive 16000 yuan in advance every year; Mechanical major (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) receives 15000 yuan in advance every year. Accommodation fees vary according to accommodation standards, generally 600- 1200 yuan per academic year.

Article 26 Our school does not entrust any intermediary agency or individual to enroll students, and does not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. Our school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of intermediaries or individuals engaged in illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of Tongji University.
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 27 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Tongji University.
Article 28 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation, and the original enrollment articles shall be abolished at the same time. When national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels change, the changed provisions shall prevail.
