According to the regulations, the following persons are not allowed to enter the court as observers:
1, witnesses, experts and people with expertise who are ready to appear in court to express their opinions;
2 minors who have not been approved by the people's court;
3. Persons who refuse to accept safety inspection;
4. Drunken, mentally ill or other people with abnormal mental state;
5. Other persons who may endanger court security or disturb court order.
In addition, due to the great social impact of some cases, when there is a possibility that the seats in the public gallery can not meet the needs in practice, the people's court may conduct a public hearing in accordance with the order of application or by drawing lots or lottery, giving priority to the close relatives of the parties or other people who are interested in the case.
Audit is not allowed as follows:
1. No unit or individual may organize personnel to participate in the public trial where criminal records can be sealed according to law;
2. Unless otherwise provided by law, no one may attend the court hearing which is not open according to law.
In addition to obeying court orders, participants in court hearings are not allowed to bring the following items:
1, firearms, ammunition, controlled knives and other weapons;
2. Flammable, explosive and suspected explosives;
3, radioactive, toxic, corrosive, strong odor substances and infectious disease pathogens;
4. Liquid, colloid and powder articles;
5. Slogans, banners and leaflets;
6. Other items that may endanger the security of the court or disturb the order of the court.
Article 8 of the Rules of the People's Court of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be heard in public, and citizens may attend; According to the location of the court session and the number of spectators, if necessary, enter the court with a side hearing issued by the people's court.
The following persons are not allowed to participate:
(1) Minors (except those approved by the court);
(2) mental patients and drunkards;
(3) Other personnel who are not suitable for auditing.
Article 9 Observers must observe the following disciplines:
(1) Audio recording, video recording and photography are prohibited;
(two) are not allowed to walk around and enter the trial area;
(3) don't speak, don't ask questions;
(4) Do not clap, make noise, make noise or commit other acts that hinder judicial activities.
