First, introduce the object.

Mainly for full-time undergraduate and postgraduate (master's and doctoral) graduates (excluding undergraduate, orientation and excellent students) who meet the requirements of recruitment positions in colleges and universities inside and outside Xinjiang. Among them, Xinjiang universities recruit for Xinjiang University, Shihezi University, Xinjiang Agricultural University, Xinjiang Medical University, Xinjiang Normal University, xinjiang university of finance and Tarim University.

Second, the introduction conditions

(a) with China nationality, good ideological and political quality, excellent academic performance, support border construction, obey the organization and distribution;

(two) a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and a certain ability of organization and coordination, writing and oral expression;

(three) good academic performance, can graduate on schedule and obtain the corresponding academic qualifications and degree certificates;

(4) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

(5) Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
