Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Ministry of Education and Guangdong Province, and in combination with the actual situation of the school, in order to ensure the smooth enrollment of the school and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates.

Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Article 11 The school shall set up an enrollment leading group composed of the chairman of the board of directors, school leaders and the heads of relevant functional departments, which shall be fully responsible for implementing the enrollment policies of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment committees of relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), formulating enrollment regulations, enrollment regulations and implementation rules, determining enrollment scale and adjusting enrollment plans of disciplines, leading and supervising the specific implementation of enrollment work, and coordinating and handling major issues in enrollment work.
Twelfth admissions office is the executive body of the school enrollment leading group. Chapter V Admission Rules

Article 19 The school will select the best candidates according to the candidates' own wishes and the admission principles determined by the school, provided that the ideological and political moral assessment and physical examination are qualified, the unified examination scores reach the admission control scores of the same batch and meet the requirements of the school.

When the total score of the college entrance examination is the same, the former is given priority according to the total score of the college entrance examination.
Article 21 When all the candidates' professional volunteers are not admitted, in case of professional adjustment, they will be transferred to the major with vacancies in the enrollment plan according to the total score and single subject score of the candidates, otherwise, they will be dismissed.
Article 22 Foreign language requirements: English is the language of foreign language teaching in our school. Candidates who are not English languages should apply carefully.
Twenty-third visual communication design, environmental design, product design, animation and other art majors. In our school, the total score of candidates will be calculated according to the results of cultural courses and technical courses, and the candidates will be comprehensively evaluated and selected.
Article 24 In Guangdong Province, candidates who apply for undergraduate majors in arts and sciences in our university must obtain grade scores in three academic proficiency tests, and at least two of them have achieved grade C or above.
In Guangdong province, at least two of the candidates who apply for fine arts in our school have reached D level and above in the three academic level tests.
When the test scores (or rankings) of candidates are the same, priority can be given to candidates with excellent comprehensive quality evaluation and academic level test scores. When enrolling majors, under the same conditions, candidates who have studied the basic knowledge (modules) of related majors are given priority.

Chapter VI Admission Physical Examination Standards
Article 27 The physical examination standards for school admission candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Church [2003] No.3) (Church [2010] No.2) promulgated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the General Office of the Ministry of Education. For disabled candidates who can take care of themselves, meet the professional requirements reported, and the college entrance examination results meet the admission standards, they will be admitted normally.
Twenty-eighth students majoring in visual communication design, environmental design, product design, animation and other fine arts in our school are not allowed to enroll color-blind candidates.
Article 29 After the new students enter the school, the school will review their health according to the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to the Cancellation of Hepatitis B Detection in the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities. Those who fail the physical examination or are not suitable for studying the admitted major after review will be transferred to another major or disqualified.
Chapter VII Charging Standards
Thirtieth students' tuition and accommodation fees shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and Guangdong Provincial Price Bureau. Tuition standard: art major 1.93 million yuan, accounting and financial management major 1.85 million yuan, other major 1.73 million yuan. Accommodation fee: per student per year 1300? 1700 yuan (with air conditioning).
Chapter VIII Policy of Subsidizing Students
Thirty-first national student loans, scholarships, grants and other student assistance measures shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and our school.
Article 32 the school conducts a selection once a year? Excellent students? , and set up the first, second and third scholarships; The school provides work-study jobs for poor students to help them complete their studies. In addition, if the fresh graduates of our school are admitted to the master's degree programs in universities at home and abroad and obtain admission qualifications, the scope and amount of awards are as follows: (1) If they are admitted to the full-time master's degree programs in national key universities and research institutes confirmed by the Ministry of Education, they will be rewarded with RMB 8,000; (two) to obtain the admission notice of foreign universities (recognized by the Ministry of Education) and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions, and give a reward of 6000 yuan; (three) to obtain a full-time master's degree in a provincial university or research institute, and give a reward of 5000 yuan.

Chapter X Supplementary Provisions
Article 35 These Articles of Association were discussed and passed at the office meeting of the President of Huashang College of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics on March 20th, and are applicable to undergraduate enrollment of Huashang College of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
Article 36 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Huashang College of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics. If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the national and provincial policies, the national and provincial policies shall prevail.
