(four) the place of education and teaching is mainly in China;
(5) Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools and projects shall obtain administrative licenses according to law.
Sino-foreign cooperative education project
It also includes Chinese-foreign cooperative education projects organized by China educational institutions in accordance with the law, such as formulating education and teaching plans with foreign educational institutions of corresponding levels and categories, issuing China academic qualifications and degree certificates or foreign academic qualifications and degree certificates, and implementing some education and teaching activities outside China.
However, Chinese educational institutions have not substantially introduced foreign educational resources, but only carried out student exchange activities with foreign educational institutions in the form of mutual recognition of credits, and have not been included in the Sino-foreign cooperative education projects to be managed.
