I. Application conditions

(1) Persons who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:

1, citizens of China and China.

2, support the leadership of China * * * production party, good moral character, law-abiding.

3. The physical health status meets the medical examination requirements stipulated by the state.

4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education held by ordinary universities, adult universities and ordinary universities) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education.

Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or a foreign academic degree certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education before the registration date (subject to the registration date stipulated by the school), otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.

(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.

(3) Persons who have obtained the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years or more, and undergraduate graduates who hold the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state, should apply for the exam with the same academic ability as undergraduate graduation, and candidates who apply for the master's degree should apply for the same or similar major as the graduation major.

(4) Persons who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree. Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.

(two) to sign up for the following professional degree postgraduate entrance examination, according to the following provisions.

1. A person who signs up for the entrance examination for postgraduate students majoring in law (illegal) must meet the following conditions:

(1) meets the requirements in (1).

(2) The major studied before the exam is illegal.

2, sign up for the law (law) professional degree postgraduate entrance examination personnel, should meet the following conditions:

(1) meets the requirements in (1).

(2) The major studied before the exam is law (those who have obtained the second bachelor's degree in law can apply for the exam).

3, sign up for business administration, public * * * management, master of education education management personnel, must meet the following conditions:

(1) meets the requirements of items 1, 2 and 3 in (1).

(2) Persons who have worked for more than 3 years after graduating from university; Or obtain a diploma or bachelor's degree from a higher vocational college recognized by the state, reach the equivalent of a bachelor's degree and have more than 5 years of work experience; Or people who have more than 2 years of work experience after obtaining a master's or doctoral degree.

At the same time, the MBA postgraduate enrollment policy is implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Standardizing MBA Postgraduate Education (Teaching and Research [2065438+06] No.2).
