What is the design method of ESD protection when PCB is laid?
In pcb design, three measures are generally adopted to protect static electricity: isolation, enhancing the electrostatic immunity of single board and adopting protective circuit.

For the electrostatic sensitive components on pcb, the layout should be far away from interference, especially from electrostatic discharge source as far as possible, and electrical isolation and metal shell should be done well;

In order to enhance the immunity, if the area permits, a grounding protection ring can be designed around the pcb board, which can refer to the compactpci specification. For large area stratum and power layer, the signal layer must be close to the power source or stratum to ensure the shortest signal loop. For the high-frequency circuit of interference source, it can be shielded locally or with a single board as a whole. Filter capacitors with different frequencies are added near the power supply and the anchor, decoupling capacitors are added between the power supply and the ground of the integrated circuit, and some capacitors with appropriate capacity or resistors with appropriate series resistance are selectively added to the signal line.

It is a good design to use voltage transient suppressor tvs or transzorb diode in pcb.

To solve eds, we should consider the problem from the perspective of system. You can refer to Tsinghua University's book "Design Practice of pcb Electromagnetic Compatibility Technology", hoping to help you.
