Hainan Normal University, located in Haikou City, Hainan Province, referred to as Hainan Normal University and Shihai for short, is a university founded by the people of China, the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Hainan Province, and is a key university in Hainan Province. Selected into the national primary and secondary school teacher training plan, excellent teacher training plan, basic capacity building project of central and western universities, national demonstration universities for deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform, and national college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan.
