As far as computer science is concerned, Hunan's universities are second to none in the National Defense Science and Technology University. After all, the only university in the army is supported by the state and the army. Universities like Hunan University and Central South University are really not so good. Hunan University is most famous for its civil architecture, while Central South University is specialized in metallurgy, civil engineering and medicine.
