Yang Shanlin, 1948 10, a native of Huaining County, Anhui Province, is an expert in management science and information system engineering, an academician of China Academy of Engineering, a professor at Hefei University of Technology, and the chief doctoral supervisor of the first-class discipline of management science and engineering. 1985 After graduating from Hefei University of Technology, he stayed on as a teacher. He is currently the director of the academic Committee of Hefei University of Technology.

He has long been engaged in basic theoretical research such as intelligent decision-making theory and technology, information system theory and technology, development strategic planning and system management theory, and related application research of these theories and technologies in complex product development engineering management, manufacturing engineering management, enterprise management and social management.

In scientific research, Yang Shanlin focused on intelligent decision-making theory and technology, information system theory and technology, development strategic planning and system management theory, and achieved innovative results in the combination of theory and practice. He won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award and published more than 300 academic papers in important academic journals and international conferences at home and abroad.

In terms of personnel training, around the training goal of innovative talents, we carried out in-depth reform of teaching content, innovation of training mode and construction of teaching team, and won three second prizes of the National Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award. In 2008, he won the National College Teacher Award, the National May 1st Labor Medal in 20 14, and the Fudan Outstanding Contribution Award in Management in 20 15.
