2. Fudan University: The name of Fudan University is taken from the Sun Moon Guanghua in The Great Biography of Shangshu. Founded in 1905, formerly known as Fudan University, 19 17 was named Fudan University. It is the first institution of higher learning independently established by the people of China.
3. Huazhong University of Science and Technology: Its predecessor was Huazhong Institute of Technology, one of the four major engineering colleges founded by 1952, Shanghai Devon Medical College founded by 1907, and Hubei Technical School founded by 1898.
4. Wuhan University: Wuhan University can be traced back to 1893, the self-improvement school founded by Zhang Zhidong, Governor of Huguang, in Wuchang. After inheritance and evolution, 1928 was named as National Wuhan University, and 1949 is now named.
5. Sichuan University: Sichuan University was formed by the merger of Sichuan University, Chengdu University of Technology and West China University of Medical Sciences.
