The present situation of college students' sports cultural accomplishment and its cultivation countermeasures

Sports cultural accomplishment refers to a kind of sports quality formed by the combination of various sports spirit elements and their qualities. Including sports consciousness, sports ability, sports personality, sports morality, sports behavior and so on. Because it meets the requirements of quality education, it has been widely recognized and valued. The author thinks that how to cultivate and improve college students' sports cultural literacy in an all-round way is a subject worthy of study. On the one hand, college physical education is the highest level and last link of school physical education, the connection point between school physical education and social physical education, and the most critical period for college students to form good fitness consciousness, lifelong sports habits and sports ability; On the other hand, college students' physical and mental development is becoming more and more mature, their thinking is active, and their cognitive and judgment abilities reach a higher level, which is the best opportunity to receive high-level education and realize personality socialization. However, for a long time, influenced by traditional and outdated educational ideas, single curriculum model and unbalanced curriculum structure, the current situation of college students' sports cultural literacy is not satisfactory, and it is difficult to meet the needs of future social development. Therefore, the author puts forward some training countermeasures to provide reference for comprehensively improving college students' sports cultural literacy.

Sports consciousness is the sum of people's various understandings of sports in the process of participating in sports activities, as well as the resulting ideological concepts and psychological activities.
