Master of Engineering is a teaching-oriented course, which provides continuing education and advanced education for graduate students and civil engineers. Students can complete their studies only through lectures or combine lectures with a design project. This professional course can also be completed in part-time form. This professional course consists of 10 professional courses, of which 6 courses are from the School of Civil Engineering, and the other 4 courses are selected by students from other schools of the University of Toronto.

Graduates have a lot of room to choose working environment, and they can engage in technical or management work such as design, research, construction, supervision, teaching, management, investment and development of housing construction, underground engineering construction, tunnels, roads, bridges and mines in the fields of consulting, design, engineering management, construction management, product development, sales and marketing, and production management.
