Research direction (1) aquatic animal nutrition; -Nutritional requirements, nutritional metabolism and regulation mechanism of fish, shrimp and crab (2) Applied genetics and breeding of aquatic animals; -Basic research on aquatic animal germplasm resources and genetic improvement (3) Animal systematics and evolutionary biology. -Main contribution of aquatic organism structure and environmental health assessment: In scientific research, I am quick-thinking, good at accepting new things and brave in pioneering. With a sense of responsibility for work and the pursuit of career, I often go out early and return late, forget my work and keep close to the forefront of discipline development. After years of unremitting efforts, the research on aquatic animal nutrition has been paid attention to and generally recognized by colleagues at home and abroad. As the person in charge, he has undertaken 37 projects successively, including 1 National Key Natural Science Foundation (sub-project leader), 1 Overseas Young Scholars Cooperation Project (Outstanding Youth B), 3 General Fund, 863 National Plan Project (sub-project leader), 1 Major Cultivation Project of Ministry of Education and 2 Key Projects of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. In the internationally renowned SCI academic journals Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology, Development &; Comparative immunology, animal Geics, aquaculture, aquatic science, fish and fishery, as well as domestic core journals such as Journal of Zoology, Journal of Oceanography, Journal of Marine Limnology in China, Journal of Fisheries in China, etc., published papers 12 1 article and 3 books. Scientific research achievements: (1) Take the lead in systematically developing "nutritional research of Eriocheir sinensis and development of environment-friendly complete feed". The project lasted 14 years, and the research results filled the gaps in the research of essential component nutrition, parental nutrition and nutritional immunity of crabs at home and abroad, and solved many important theoretical problems in the research of crab nutrition. Three national invention patents have been applied, and the overall technology has reached the international leading level. At the same time, a series of environment-friendly complete feeds were successfully developed and applied in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, Fujian, Hubei and other places, which achieved remarkable economic and social benefits and contributed to the development of crab industry in China. (2) In the project "Research on Key Techniques of Artificial Domestication and Breeding of Sturgeon", the nutritional physiology and feeding behavior of Sturgeon were studied. Based on the problems existing in the breeding of sturgeon fry and the production practice of commercial fish, the nutritional requirements and feeding behavior of sturgeon in the early development stage, the hunger and compensatory growth of juvenile fish, the effects of different fat sources and protein sources on the growth of juvenile fish, and the optimal nutritional requirements of commercial fish were studied, which developed the standardization and standardization of sturgeon. This project won the first prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress in 2004. (3) In the study of artificial polyploid induction of Eriocheir sinensis, the polyploid larvae of Eriocheir sinensis were successfully cultivated by cell engineering technology, which was the first report at home and abroad, and was a breakthrough in polyploid research of crabs. (4) Some innovative progress has been made in the study of optimizing structure and increasing production principle in pond culture, and the results have reached the domestic leading level. (5) The influence of dredged mud discharge on fishery production and its countermeasures are systematically studied for the first time, and the results provide a scientific basis for coordinating the relationship between engineering, environment and industrial and agricultural production. In addition, it also won the third China "Stone Country" Award and the third prize of Jiangxi Science and Technology Progress Award. He was invited to the University of Toronto in Canada, Auburn University in the United States, University of Hawaii and Flinders University in Australia for cooperative research. 1998 enjoys the special allowance of the State Council. He used to be a member of the evaluation committee of the 7th and 8th National Natural Science Foundation, a director of china society of fisheries, a senior member of Shanghai Association for Science and Technology, and a member of the scientist network of the International Aquatic Biological Resources Management Center. Talent training: Since staying in school from 65438 to 0992, I have been working in the front line of teaching and research, engaged in the training of undergraduates, master students and doctoral students. Concentrate on business, actively explore and strive to explore new teaching methods. He has taught undergraduate and graduate students specialized basic courses such as animal biology, aquatic animal nutrition (bilingual), aquatic animal germplasm genetics and theories and methods of zoology research. Strive to make the teaching of the course vivid and fascinating from the aspects of teaching content, teaching methods and teaching display, and form the teaching characteristics of "guiding the classroom with interest and inspiring thinking with questions". The teaching effect has been rated as "excellent" for many years, ranking among the top 5 teachers in the college. In the course construction, I participated in the compilation of the national key textbooks "Aquatic Animal Nutrition and Feed Science" and "Concise China Aquatic Encyclopedia" (part). Using the good cooperation with the United States, Canada and other countries and years of scientific research accumulation, the application for bilingual course construction of Aquatic Animal Nutrition was successfully established. As a young tutor, I try my best to make graduate students "learn ideas first, then learn technology" and care about their growth from moral, intellectual and physical aspects. * * * Instructed 46 graduate students and 2 postdoctoral students, among whom 1 1 received the doctor's degree and1received the master's degree respectively. In 2005, four doctoral students and three master students successfully passed the defense. Instruct graduate students to obtain "Excellent Doctor Training Fund" and "Excellent Postgraduate Research Fund" of East China Normal University respectively. The papers of the two doctoral provinces have successively won the "19 (2004) Excellent Papers Award of the International Zoology Conference", the first and second prizes of the excellent papers of the Shanghai Fisheries Society in 2004, and the second prize of the excellent papers of the fifth annual youth academic conference in china society of fisheries in 2004. The students trained in our laboratory have made great achievements, and have published many high-level papers in international famous journals such as Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology, Seminar of American Fishery Society and Journal of World Aquaculture Society. After graduation, some have held leadership positions such as department heads and deans, and have gradually grown into business backbones and academic leaders. Unity and cooperation: love teachers' posts and feel at ease in their work. Respect teachers, unite with comrades and be a model. In terms of discipline construction, with the concerted efforts of Qi Xin, the young teachers in the discipline group are closely United in the benign competition, achieving "high differentiation" and "high integration". A United, cooperative and energetic young collective has taken shape. In recent years, he has collectively undertaken more than ten national and provincial scientific research projects, which have condensed and promoted the growth of young teachers through project and discipline construction. While undertaking heavy scientific research and teaching tasks, we have never relaxed our life education for students. As a teacher, I am well aware of the important role of teachers in talent training, and teachers' words and deeds have a subtle influence on students. While giving good lessons, he instructed 1-2 undergraduates to carry out "after-class scientific research practice" every year, and in 2004, he was hired as the tutor of "life development navigation" for students of East China Normal University. Directly guide students to participate in scientific research practice and scientific and technological innovation activities in their spare time, and educate and influence students through words and deeds. Students and colleagues are influenced by their rigorous scholarship, serious lectures, hard work and sincere treatment. Try to be a good teacher in students' study and a good friend in life. Actively participate in and strive to do some social work, such as the relevant work and activities of relevant national societies, Shanghai Association for Science and Technology, Youth Federation and District Political Consultative Conference. Strictly demand ourselves, constantly improve their political quality, professional quality and professional management ability, and strive to grow into outstanding young teachers in the new period who live up to the expectations of the party and organizations.
