The original Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education on Further Improving the National Scholarship Funding Standards for Doctoral Students issued by official website of the Graduate School of Youshi University in China mentioned that the notice stipulated that the doctoral students in local universities should be raised from not less than1.20 million yuan per student per year to not less than1.50 million yuan per student per year.
