1. Time: every Monday morning at 6:50? (The assembly time is 6:40)

Third, organize the implementation.

1. The Student Affairs Office (room) is responsible for the coordination and guidance of flag-raising every week, and the flag-raising ceremony for major festivals will be arranged separately by the Student Affairs Office;

2. Each rotating college is specifically responsible for the planning, organization and publicity of the flag-raising ceremony of the unit;

3. The flag-raising class of the school carries out the flag-raising task.

1. All colleges should attach great importance to the flag-raising ceremony and do a good job in mobilization and organization. According to the timetable of flag-raising ceremony in the spring semester of 2023 (see annex), make preparations in advance and organize personnel to attend on time. If there is no special reason, the person in charge of student affairs, counselors and class teachers of each rotating college should be present to strengthen the management of safety education. Leading cadres at all levels and other faculty members of the docking unit may be invited to participate.

2. Colleges and universities should make full use of the flag-raising ceremony, enrich the content and form of activities, combine the flag-raising ceremony with the themes of studying, propagating and implementing the spirit of the 20th Party Congress, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the founding of the school, important festivals and anniversaries, actively carry out educational guidance, and enhance the effectiveness of educating people. Timely publicity and reports, press releases can be sent to media platforms inside and outside the school to expand the influence of the event.

3. Participants in the flag-raising ceremony should dress neatly, consciously observe discipline, maintain a solemn atmosphere and safeguard the dignity of the national flag. When the national anthem rings, teachers and students present should consciously stop and stand facing the national flag wherever they go.

4. Implement various health and safety requirements in the normalization prevention and control stage, wear masks, keep a safe social distance, and control the number of activities in time.
