Changzhou University Library was founded in? 1978, then called Wuxi Branch of Nanjing Institute of Chemical Technology (Mashan, Wuxi). 198 1 After the school moved to Changzhou, it was renamed the Library of Jiangsu Institute of Chemical Technology (now Jinling Petrochemical Building in Baiyun Campus). 199 1 The library has introduced a computer management system and implemented an open-shelf management mode, which greatly facilitates readers' borrowing. 1992 The library was renamed Jiangsu Institute of Petrochemical Technology with the school. 1994 The new library with an area of more than 8,300 square meters was put into use.
