Teachers' qualification certificates can be obtained during college. According to Article 4 of Chapter II of the Interim Measures for the Qualification Examination of Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools, students in ordinary colleges and universities can apply for the teacher qualification certificate, and candidates in normal schools can apply for the teacher qualification certificate, which can be obtained during their college years. Candidates must be full-time students in ordinary colleges and universities, and must be in the third grade or above, before they can sign up for the exam with the study certificate issued by the school.
