Nanjing Metro 1 Line is the first line of Nanjing Metro. The line starts from Maigao Bridge in the north, goes all the way south along the central axis of Nanjing, and ends at Andemencha: west to the Olympic Sports Center, which is the west line of 1, and east to China Pharmaceutical University, which is the south extension line of 1. At present, Line 1 operates in herringbone, and the trains from Maigao Bridge to Olympic Sports Center and China Pharmaceutical University leave at intervals. The west line of Future 1 Line continues to the west, crossing the Yangtze River to Pukou, starting from Andemen Station, and becomes an independently operated 10 Line. The project along the north line of 1 line is planned to extend from Maigao Bridge to Yanziji area, with a length of 3.98 kilometers. There are three stations, Xiaozhuang, Jixiang Temple and Yanziji, all of which are elevated stations.
