1. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, students with university degrees are not allowed to take the college entrance examination.
2. Candidates who move with them cannot take the exam at the same time in the "inflow place" and "outflow place". Candidates who move in can take the college entrance examination locally, but not in two places at the same time.
