There are 24 faculty members, including doctoral supervisor 1 person, 4 master supervisor, 2 professors and 9 associate professors. Among the teachers, there are 4 doctors and 20 masters. There are about 400 students in the whole college. In 2004, Tourism College obtained the first master's degree in tourism management in Xinjiang, and began to recruit 27 graduate students.
