National defense students who violate the provisions of the training agreement and fail to fulfill their corresponding obligations shall bear the liability for breach of contract according to law and be treated as dropping out of school according to the circumstances; Those who refuse to serve in active service after graduation shall be liable for breach of contract according to law and shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of this article.
