With this page and ID card, go to the Exit-Entry Administration Office of the Public Security Bureau of the district where the school is located to apply for the Hong Kong and Macao Pass.

If the hukou is still in your hometown, you need to go to the Exit-Entry Administration Office of the District Public Security Bureau in your hometown.
